About Me
I’m Elise Teitzel, a certified Speech Pathologist with a passion for supporting adults with voice, swallowing, and communication difficulties. I am trained in both LSVT LOUD® and SPEAK OUT!® voice programs for Parkinson's Disease.
I bring a client-centred approach to therapy, grounded in evidence-based practice and a commitment to holistic care.
My Story
I grew up in North Queensland and completed my speech pathology studies in Townsville. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work across both Queensland and New South Wales, gaining experience in a wide range of settings. Along the way, I’ve built strong professional connections with many respected colleagues in the field. These relationships continue to support my growth and help me stay up-to-date with the latest best practices.

Music has always been a big part of my life, especially singing, which sparked my passion for voice and communication. This personal connection to voice has greatly influenced my career and led me to specialise in voice and swallowing therapy. I believe our voice is a fundamental part of who we are and how we connect with others. I am dedicated to helping people regain confidence and improve their quality of life through personalised, evidence-based care.

Now working independently, I am committed to offering client-centred therapy that respects your individual goals and needs. I look forward to supporting you on your journey forward.
